Deceased Name: BRADLEY STEINMAN Bradley Steinman, 92, of St. Louis Park, formerly of
Duluth, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2005. Brad spent the first half of his life in Duluth, Minn.
Active in his synagogue and many civic activities, he served as president of
the Temple Emanuel Congregation Brotherhood and was president of the Duluth
Optimists Club. He was vice president of the Upper Midwest Oilmens
Association and scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 44, Chester Park School,
Duluth. He spent his entire career in the retail oil business and retired as
VP of Franchising and Real Estate for Holiday Companies. As a Boy Scout and
Scout leader for more than 50 years, he earned his Eagle Scout award in Troop
4 of Duluth. As an adult he served as scoutmaster and attended two National
Scout Jamborees, and was awarded the Silver Beaver Award by the Duluth North
Star Council for his work with youth. After moving to the Twin Cities, he
continued scouting work as the first chairman of the Viking Council's Voyager
District. Next to scouting and family, his other love was fishing with his
parters, Harry and Toivo. Everyone whoever met Brad loved him. Brad will be
remembered by his positive attitude, pride, integrity and beautiful smile. He is preceded in death by first wife, Edith; two
brothers; and parents, Joseph and Anna Steinman. Brad is survived by loving wife of 33 years, Ramona;
children, Duncan (Marilyn), Susan Johnson, Barry; grandchildren, Peter
(Janelle) Steinman, Gail (David) Nozel, Julie (Patrick) McChesney, Jennifer
Johnson and Jane (Brian) Nollar; seven great grandchildren; second family,
Lori (Joe) Wintz, Cathy (Gene) Snyder, Sue (Chuck) Muscoplat and Joni (Jerry)
Blizen; grandchildren, Phillip (Alia) Snyder, Heidi (Alan) Turobiner, Amy
Muscoplat, Marnie (Lloyd) Mallah; four great grandchildren. The family wishes to thank the staff of 2 South at Sholom
Home West. GRAVESIDE SERVICES: were previously held. Memorials are
preferred to the Boy Scouts of America or Sholom Home West. Arrangements by
